While Galaxy S8 maintains its lead for an 8th week in a row and is still accompanied by the Redmi Note 4 and the Galaxy J7 Prime on the rostrum, three Xiaomi devices occupied the next four positions. Yes, you read that correctly. Xiaomi launched the affordable Redmi 4 in India, but this device isn’t the phone that was released last year in China. Instead, it's just like the Xiaomi Redmi 4X, which was just launched in China. There are some minor improvements in the Indian device, including Bluetooth version and ever so slightly updated Snapdragon chipset. The two versions occupied fourth and fifth place in our weekly chart. The even more affordable option Redmi 4a is also loved by many and that's why it stays at sixth. Then another Xiaomi - the recently launched flagship Mi 6, sits at seventh. The rest of the Top 10 list is filled with familiar devices. One of them, the iPhone 6 on 10th, is the only non-Samsung or non-Xiaomi smartphone in the list.
