Nokia 3310 relaunched at MWC 2017: Price, SPECIFICATIONS



NEW DELHI: The smartphone brand Nokia today made a big comeback at the Mobile World Congress 2017 tradeshow in Barcelona, Spain. The company launched a slew of Android smartphones and relaunched one of its most popular handset of yesteryears -- the Nokia 3310. The feature phone has been launched with the same moniker but with some big upgrades.
The all-new Nokia 3310 runs Series 30+ and features a 2.4-inch QVGA display. The dual-SIM handset sports a 2MP camera along with a microSD card slot. The feature phone is said to offer a 22 hours talk time and one-month standby time. The device also includes the popular Snake game, upgraded version.



The phone now comes in variety of colour options - Yellow, Grey, Blue and Red. The handset is now also slimmer than its previous avatar. HMD, the company that has exclusive rights to manufacture Nokia handsets, said that Nokia 3310 will hit the retail shelves in the second-quarter of this year. The smartphone is priced at 49 euros, roughly Rs 3,400.The company also launched four other smartphones, including the global version of Nokia 6 smartphone. The handset was launched in China last month. In addition, the company launched Nokia 5, Nokia 6 and Nokia 3 smartphones. All smartphones will come with Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box.
The new Nokia smartphones come with pure Android OS and will come with Google Assistant built-in. The Nokia 6 starts at EUR229 (roughly Rs 16,100). It's special edition costs EUR299 (roughly Rs 21,000). The Nokia 5 will cost EUR189 (roughly Rs 13,300) while the Nokia 3 will be priced at EUR139 (roughly Rs 9,700). Out of the three, the Nokia 6 is the most powerful .The Nokia 6 sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) resolution display. The Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 smartphones come with 5.2-inch and 5-inch displays respectively. There is no information about the device's India launch yet.
